However, it's important to place the capsule on solid, level ground to ensure it doesn't sink or shift over time. In the lifting stage, after the goods arrive at the site, customers need to have a local crane service to unload and place the capsule house. The lifting weight of our products ranges from 6 to 10 tons, and we recommend using a crane with a minimum capacity of 25 tons for loading and unloading.
During the installation phase, customers must complete on-site engineering of water supply, power supply, sewage pipelines, and solid ground or load-bearing foundations according to the standard basic water and electricity drawings we provide. The capsule house must be delivered on a heavy-duty truck with a 40' flat rack and positioned with a crane.
The truck and trailer require a clear >12' wide, relatively straight path from a paved road, as they cannot make tight turns, similar to a boat trailer or camper.
It is crucial that there are no obstacles that cannot be navigated around, such as fences, trees, branches, underground septic systems, etc.
